  1. This is a really powerful video which packs in a lot into two minutes. It’s really powerful because you’re not just giving textbook advice, you have personal experience, so you don’t devalue the pain of coming to terms with this and deciding what choice to make with regards to contact. You know how it feels. You’re a really positive figure in the world of narcissistic abuse 🙂

    1. Thank you so much for your kind words! I am glad you found it helpful. I have unfortunately experienced both sides of protecting myself from my own narcissistic parents. I know what it feels like to be on ‘Low contact/Grey rock’ with my mother and ‘No contact’ with my father. Both are tough and it really depends on the individual’s circumstances. The more people it reaches and helps, the better! ❤

      1. I did grey rock for a while then no contact with both of mine. I wish I’d have watched your videos and read your blog about 18 months ago as it would have helped me make sense of it clearer! I muddled through somehow and have done my grieving of losing the relationships. I realised it was much less of a loss than I originally thought! I’d like to try doing videos at some stage but am not very tech savvy, I’ll build up to it! 💖
